Wednesdays Starting August 16th, 2023 for 2 year olds to 5th Graders
AWANA is a place where children can play games, memorize Bible verses and learn Bible lessons throughout the school year
Starting August 16th and running on Wednesday Evenings throughout the school year* Lakeside will host AWANA Club for children and students 2 years old through 5th grade. This weekly event will begin with a light supper and then move toward a time of large and small group Bible study, scripture memory, and games.
There is no cost for AWANA this year. Each child will receive a workbook and t-shirt as the year progresses, but if either of those need to be replaced the child/family will be responsible for the replacement cost.
Check-In and Check-Out will be in the building behind our sanctuary. The easiest way to access that building is by going to the parking lot entrance with the mail box (the northernmost entrance) and entering the door underneath the large covered portico labeled "Family Life Center.
6pm - Check-in and light supper
6:30pm-AWANA starts
7:45pm- Dismiss
*We will follow Lee County's school schedule. So if Lee County had a full school day onWednesday we will have AWANA that night.
